What you send

The form collects your name, email, optional phone, role, location and the description you enter. The submission includes its source domain, a timestamp and a request reference.

How it is handled

Requests go to the shared Our Landmen LLC portfolio intake in Google Firebase. The operating team's notification and review workflow may also copy submission information to its email accounts. We use the information to consider and respond to your request.

Keep the first message brief

Do not submit private contracts, identity documents or financial records. Further information and any counterparty disclosure need a separately agreed process.

Retention

We have not set a fixed retention period. Requests remain stored until deleted. You can contact Our Landmen LLC to request deletion.

For access, correction, deletion or a do-not-sell request, contact Our Landmen LLC through the contact form or call (307) 263-8515. This website does not use advertising trackers. The project checklist stays in the current page and is not submitted until you enter information in the contact form.
